I survived a stomach flu! And unlike many illnesses where I comfort eat or, as soon as I feel even slightly better I binge, nuh uh my stomach couldn't take that so I held back
What do you feel you could have done better this week?
Not much - being sick for almost 4 days made it hard to get much exercise done but it also made calorie tracking easy!

Resisting coffee and energy drinks has been easy!

Potluck style gatherings are really hard for calorie counting, I'd like to take slower and smaller portions to make it easier.
