Back sliding. I do great and start to see results so I allow myself a cheat meal that snowballs back into old habits.

Change diet (less sugar,less carbs,no pop), exercise daily(minimum of 30 mins 6 days this week), sleep regularly (minimum of 7 hours a night max of 9), stay strong(dont give up and dont cave in).
