Staying well in a calorie deficit, my pants now ride where they’re supposed to on my waist.

I’ve been walking a ton, racking up treadmill miles in the control room where I’m trapped for 12 hours a day!

What do you feel you could have done better this week?

Food, portion control, I let myself justify too many snacks. I went off the deep end for one meal.

Be honest with how many calories I can allow myself when I’m at work in the control room and not out in the plant. I use so much less energy.

Non-scale victory of the week!

I did really well this week! Lots of healthy exercise and eating. Well below my 1500kcal goal except for one day when I just wanted 5 Guys, but even then I ate less than I burned!
