I brought healthy food with me when I had to go out of town for a funeral. So even though I eat more calories that I burned it was with healthy food choices. And I didn’t go through drive-through which is usually what I would’ve done.
What do you feel you could have done better this week?
Drink more water. For some reason this week I really didn’t drink as much water as I usually do.
