What do you feel you could have done better this week?
I’m having trouble finding a lifestyle I find sustainable. I can restrict for the short term but realize I can’t feel severely restricted for a lifetime or I’ll just gain it back. I spend each week thinking of what I can eat when I’m no longer dieting and that mindset will result in non sustainable weight loss. So I need to find a way of eating that doesn’t leave me feeling like I’ve given up major food groups for a lifetime.
