I killed this week!!! I stuck with my meal plan and exercise plan which led to me kicking ass! I'm back on track bitches, watch out!

What do you feel you could have done better this week?

One improvement would be to do my exercise challenges EVERY DAY, even with obstacles like doctors appointments.

Making a real effort to make and stick with a plan. Last week was a total clusterfuck with the snow storm, everything was out of whack. Did pretty good considering.
