Non-scale victory of the week!
My daughter graduated on June 8 and family came in from out of town. It was a whole LONG weekend of dinners and cookouts. I did really well with making good decisions about what I put on my plate. And when she chose an Asian restaurant, I did order a plate full of carbs but I only ate some of it and brought the rest home for leftovers.
What do you feel you could have done better this week?
Even though I did well during the family activities, after everyone went home and it sunk in that my baby had graduated and will be leaving for basic training soon...I had moments of emotional eating. I need to work on finding a way to deal with emotions without involving food.

My goal is to put 2B Mindset into action...completely, not just half assed.
