Non-scale victory of the week!

I was able to go out to eat and not feel I had to eat my whole plate. I took half home for the next day!

Non-scale victory of the week!

I gave up my sugary coffees and fried foods! I prepped all my meals the night before and packed them with veggies! my stomach feels like it has tighten up, my closes also seem to fit a looser!
