Non-scale victory of the week!

Starting to see definition in my arms and back!

What do you feel you could have done better this week?

This was a really good week! As usual, the issue was nutrition - but only on the weekend. We were out of town so somewhat at the mercy of Easter weekend/not being in control of groceries/meals in general

Non-scale victory of the week!

I went to Express and the pants size I ordered in November that didn't fit and I had to send back, fit much better this time.

Avoiding alcohol.

What do you find most challenging in reaching your long-term weight loss goals?

Staying on track with food and drinks. In general, I don't feel like I'm having a good time when I'm eating healthy. Lately, finishing and submitting my master's thesis and starting spring break has made me feel like I want to CELEBRATE! But I don't know how to do that without going slightly overboard.
