Time to get back on the horse and take charge of my health. I’m back 270 lbs gained 50 lbs in the last 2 years I’ve been inactive. Getting on that scale and seeing my weight was a wake up call to how bad I’ve let things get. But I’m feeling good today it’s a new day and a chance at life, at doing it right. No more dieting it’s time to change my life for good.
