I could eat smaller meal portions. I tend to eat until I feel full, rather than simply satisfied.

I got back from a Mexican wellness resort, where my exercise and all-vegetarian diet were exemplary but left me feeling somewhat starved, so I overindulged for the 4 days after I got home and guess what? I gained 3 lbs in 4 days! Yikes! So I gotta get back to being accountable.
