I am in business and got going. I know the drill, I know what works, and it is working again. So good to have started. NSV of the week is that I logged Food every day and was more or less within calories with a v nice deficit which showed up on the scale. 2 workouts reminded me that I have muscles and I took a lovely hike w kids on Sunday.
What do you feel you could have done better this week?
I wanted to work out more. But my car broke down which took two evenings out of my week and it was just an exhausting week. So 3 is good enough.
