Non-scale victory of the week!

Keeping up fantastically w low carb diet. I intensified exercise. I feel awesome.

Non-scale victory of the week!

Worked out intensively, great endorphin rush which I needed. But also very sore and lots of water retention for muscle repair. The scale was not moving much was worried whether I make the final weigh in but I did but barely. Am expecting a big fat swoosh soon

Last two days I tracked in my head only. Bad idea.

What do you feel you could have done better this week?

Traveling w kids and a very emotional week. Cooked much though but was not logging food. Walked a lot. Magically weight remained the same. A big push forward now. I returned home and went for trail run and logged my food today yeah.

Non-scale victory of the week!

I am in business and got going. I know the drill, I know what works, and it is working again. So good to have started. NSV of the week is that I logged Food every day and was more or less within calories with a v nice deficit which showed up on the scale. 2 workouts reminded me that I have muscles and I took a lovely hike w kids on Sunday.

What do you feel you could have done better this week?

I wanted to work out more. But my car broke down which took two evenings out of my week and it was just an exhausting week. So 3 is good enough.

Log food every day, work out harder 4 times. Keep it up while traveling on the weekend.
