I ate a smaller portion size of chicken yakisoba instead of eating the whole meal.

I could of been more proactive with meal planning. I definitely could of exercised more. But I did pretty good about tracking my food.

What do you find most challenging in reaching your long-term weight loss goals?
Consistency is a big problem for me. I will be gung-ho to start and do really good for 1-2 weeks. Then I fail and spiral back to where I started. It’s frustrating.
