Non-scale victory of the week!

My endurance is improving! I'm able to handle more vigorous walking now

What do you feel you could have done better this week?

Be more aggressive about getting a morning walk in. Makes the whole day better.

What are your goals for the upcoming week?

I'm on a business trip next week so don't plan on weight losses but weight maintenance. Want to be sure I'm still getting lots of steps in, and even though there will be a ton of eating out and drinking, I'll need to be vigilant about counting and controlling calories.

Took more steps than ever. Drank 0 alcohol and counted every calorie.

Long-term goal weight

What do you find most challenging in reaching your long-term weight loss goals?

Staying motivated. I also have a disease which prevents me from any exercise other than moderate walking, so balancing diet and exercise is especially tough!
