Be more aggressive about getting a morning walk in. Makes the whole day better.

What are your goals for the upcoming week?
I'm on a business trip next week so don't plan on weight losses but weight maintenance. Want to be sure I'm still getting lots of steps in, and even though there will be a ton of eating out and drinking, I'll need to be vigilant about counting and controlling calories.
