Non-scale victory of the week!

I avoided sweets several times during the week.

What do you feel you could have done better this week?

My eating on Saturday wasn't perfect, I over ate at lunch, and then ate at a cookout where I should have brought chicken and asked them to grill it for me

I want to improve my relationship with food and stop binge eating, and I want to get back in shape and make excersise a regular part of my life! I'm at 299lbs and I do not ever want to hit 300lbs so it's time to change my life!
