Non-scale victory of the week!

Got into a size 14! Stretchy pants from Target, but still! The beginning of the year I was 18. Then 18s and 16s. Now on a whim I tried a 14...and while there was a bit of muffin top they zipped! And didn't look bad!

Could have tightened up diet- I have made a few bad choices- and exercised more.
