Non-scale victory of the week!
Craved sweets badddddddd today. Compromised which wasnt so good, but bought a pack Of sugar free chocolate. I know its gonna throw me off, but better than all out fully loaded.
What do you feel you could have done better this week?
Workouts. Felt blech and then tired today. 3 days. Gonna force a 6 am wakeup tomorrow. 2 a day, taking workout clothes to work and putting an hour in at the gym end of day.
