Non-scale victory of the week!
I had some progress after I recalculated what I was eating and found my morning coffee had more calories than I was logging. Simple adjustments to my diet led me to make my weight just in time. People are noticing the weight I’m losing and the muscle I’m gaining.
What do you feel you could have done better this week?
I’d like to journal more. Neglected on busy work days. From now on I’ll carry it in my messenger bag.
