Non-scale victory of the week!

Saturday was my 60th birthday, my husband took me to an amazing restaurant. I tried to make wise decisions, may have cheated a bit, but I did not order dessert!

Non-scale victory of the week!

My husband took me out to eat at a rather expensive restaurant that has an amazing buffet. I chose to eat salads and fresh fruit. Not sure if I got my money's worth, but didn't feel guilty when we left.

I managed to walk longer and more of an incline.....it was tough, but rewarding!
