Non-scale victory of the week!

My diet was much better this week, not craving bad things as much. I was totally happy eating a salad when my BF had pizza.

What do you feel you could have done better this week?

I drank a lot over the weekend I wish alcohol was easier for me to give up.

Being able to maintain without tracking food or going to the gym. It feels like this is becoming more of an actual lifestyle and I'm making better choices.

honestly I didn't push myself at all this week and focused on more professional aspects of my life.

A few different work outfits that had been to tight to wear comfortably were looking good this week.

Again the gym but I'm pleased that I'm still having success just keeping my diet on track.

Non-scale victory of the week!

The jeans were still a bit tight but they fit so that was nice. Pair 1 of goal jeans should be looking good next week. And only having 1 beer the whole week!

What do you feel you could have done better this week?

Going to the gym is so hard with Jamie here and work. Even the one night I and a 'binge' I stayed within the calories for the day and logged everything.

Not so much this week... It wasn't terrible but I didn't do well.

What do you feel you could have done better this week?

Everything. Some not awesome food choices made, drank too much, and didn't make it to the gym enough.

Get back on track. Yesterday and the day before were good as far as food, Friday was a good exercise day, and each one I turned down a lot of alcohol from going out but still shouldn't have had any. It's hard to make everything work while my BF is in the process of moving in. At least we got groceries so the goal is to use them to keep diet on track. Get him a gym membership with me and make it there 4x and to do an entire week without alcohol.

Track meals in MFP all week, 3 gym trips for 1 hour cardio sessions, not kill anyone at work or quit (lol), and finish moving my BF into the house.
