Not so much this week... It wasn't terrible but I didn't do well.
What do you feel you could have done better this week?
Everything. Some not awesome food choices made, drank too much, and didn't make it to the gym enough.

What are your goals for the upcoming week?
Get back on track. Yesterday and the day before were good as far as food, Friday was a good exercise day, and each one I turned down a lot of alcohol from going out but still shouldn't have had any. It's hard to make everything work while my BF is in the process of moving in. At least we got groceries so the goal is to use them to keep diet on track. Get him a gym membership with me and make it there 4x and to do an entire week without alcohol.
