You got this Miss Robin. I too am preparing to have bariatric surgery this fall. I'm still working on my 6 month diet, only 2 more months to go! I have lost 27 lbs since May on the 1600 cal diet they set up for me. walking every morning.WE can do this!!!!!!!!
