Should have gotten out the treadmill and had some running time on.

Non-scale victory of the week!

Putting in a new water heater, which was a big conversion. Larger, electric from gas, new drain system and pipe locations.

What do you feel you could have done better this week?

Eaten better. But considering I haven't even had running water for a week and a half, I'll let it slide.

Get things cleaned up and start eating cooked meals again. Install my shower so I can get clean. Clean up all the dust and debris from work and get things out of the house.

What do you find most challenging in reaching your long-term weight loss goals?

finding the ways to eat healthy and not feel like hell. I am currently without a kitchen which doesn't help.
