Non-scale victory of the week!

Stuck to both nutrition plan and work out plan.

What do you feel you could have done better this week?

Meal on my own - ate a little too much, had way too much sodium. Would have been better to grill some chicken on my own at home rather than purchasing a rotisserie chicken since it always has a lot of salt when you buy from the grocery store...

What are your goals for the upcoming week?

Still trying to decide if I’m going to start Pilates or hold off. Also still tweaking in my cardio since I’m not sure if I want to walk for distance or just stay with shorter segments i.e. 30 to 35 minutes for days a week and then one long walk once a week.

Non-scale victory of the week!

Down a size in pants. Love Bistro MD, staying on target with the nutrition part of this and walking has become easier again - speed, distance, and overall endurance has increased.

What do you feel you could have done better this week?

“Meal on my own” - this is the one dinner a week where I get to eat whatever I want. I made a healthy choice but under estimated the calories and macros. I know because I logged into fitness pal and will surprised to see that my one dinner meal was in excess of 600 cal. I’ve really learned that I am very satisfied with much smaller meals. This is why beast Randy is working for me, everything is portioned out and I don’t have to think about anything and the food is delicious and it is satiating.

What are your goals for the upcoming week?

Begin a 30 day abs challenge. Consider adding Pilates 2x per week. Start getting comfortable with what I’m normal portion look like on the plate. I.e. take the bistro MD entrée all of its plastic container and put it onto a regular dinner plate so I can make the connection between what I see on my plate and how it actually feels me once I’m done eating.

Non-scale victory of the week!

I feel like my sugar cravings have gone away. Other than the permitted snacking on my program, additional snacking has improved greatly.

What do you feel you could have done better this week?

I recognize that I drink coffee not because I like coffee or caffeine, but because coffee creamer in flavored coffee is like a dessert for me. Unfortunately despite cutting coffee out completely I started drinking it again. It’s not part of my program so by the end of the second week I expect to cut copy back out.
