Non-scale victory of the week!
I did 15 knee push-ups yesterday. Those sure are a lot harder than the wall push-ups. My arms and chest hurt today. Still did 30 wall push-ups today.
What do you feel you could have done better this week?
I could have drank more water. I still am only drinking like one cup a day.

What are your goals for the upcoming week?
I'd like to do 30 wall push-ups and 15 knee push-ups every day. By the end of the month, I want to be able to do 10 real push-ups!
