Long-term goal weight

What do you find most challenging in reaching your long-term weight loss goals?

The holidays were really difficult. The weather here has been very cold as well, which always makes me feel like eating anything that isn't tied down, especially sweets and grain based carbs. So, I gained a bit over the holidays.
