Long-term goal weight

What do you find most challenging in reaching your long-term weight loss goals?

Lately I have been in a downward spiral gaining weight that I previously lost. I started giving up hope when I hit 177 pounds and worked super hard for 3 months and didn't loose a single pound. I'm trying to regain my ground and start again I'm not as heavy when I started last year, but I have lost some ground.
