Non-scale victory of the week!
After today’s exercise I will have conpleted the Apple Watch challenge. At least 30 minutes of exercise for a week. Surprise surprise I’ve actually completed 8 days of consecutively exercising. Today will be 9. Yay!! Now to push myself to exercise 5 days a week.
What do you feel you could have done better this week?
Eating. I stopped counting calories but I try to stick to my normal healthy breakfast. Lunch is usually good. There have been a few times of bad dinners. Still need to work on it.

I need to get my eating on point. Start counting calories and no “cheat” meals. Ugh.
