I’m back up to nearly the same weight I started at last year. I’m struggling a lot and know that so many things would improve if I lost this weight. I’m drinking more water, trying to stop the late night snacking, and using the Lose It app to track calories. I’m going to try and stay on a 1500 calorie a day diet. Crossing my fingers...
