What do you find most challenging in reaching your long-term weight loss goals?
I did really well on my last diet bet but once I won, I wanted to eat everything I hadn’t been able too before, and some people might say that deprivation isn’t sustainable but I think I should be able to stop eating things like sour patch kids, potato chips and chocolate all together, it’s really not going to hurt me, on the contrary. So junk food, that’s my weakness.
