So, I have FINALLY QUIT SMOKING! I've smoked for 23 years, more than half of my life. For me, this is such a major victory! I had to/HAVE TO tell myself it was okay to initially gain weight when I quit. I had/HAVE to make sure I'm drinking my water and exercising. It's been so tough, so tough......I did gain 12 pounds. I felt so bad about myself, then I said well, you're not smoking. This is for you & no one else. So now you're healthy NEW you can begin.
What do you feel you could have done better this week?
Consistency is key for me. I love the on-line support, but I need to reach out for in person support. I would love a workout partner.
