Non-scale victory of the week!
I really didn’t have any unfortunately. I have started running up the 15 steps in my house instead of walking if I don’t have anything in my hands. Happens twice a day. Not much but....
What do you feel you could have done better this week?
Exercise more. Stop eating all the chocolate. I really gave in this week to my sweet tooth.

Definitely have to eat healthy. Have to exercise every day. Only 8 days to weigh in - should be short-term enough to do it.
