Non-scale victory of the week!
I really stuck to my dietary goals and drank only water. Reading Pats book which made me realise why my weight was different every time my floor is uneven so I needed to weigh myself less often in the same place also I measured myself and realised I’d lost an inch off my waist which I didn’t expect!!!

Stick with my plan as it’s working and weigh myself once per week in the exact same spot as I did when I stated this bet!!! I’m carrying on the the workouts and roll shape lymphatic massages.
