What is the best way to ensure that we have enough veggies on the weekend???

This is my first weekend on DietBet. I am nervous about having the right foods available. Our groceries tend to dwindle and our veggie volume gets VERY limited.

We actually food shop on a Friday. Maybe change your shop/delivery day? Add in a mid-week/Friday veggie top up trip? Buy frozen (this will depend how you intend to use them I guess)?

  • I enjoyed that call.... thanks Ilana! Tracking is the thing I'm working on the most since it's something I'd got lazy with, and helps me stay disciplined (if I wouldn't want to write it then I shouldn't eat it). I'm also not someone who moderation works for....Although I don't drink alcohol, if I try to just have a bit of chocolate, it triggers the sugar cravings and need for more.

    I'm loving the schools being back and getting back into routine. On Fridays my kid and I walk to and from school (well, he scoots), and after dropping him off I walk the long way home.

  • Identified a new self sabotaging trait last night ???? I often make homemade bread for my kiddos. And if I wait to bake til evening, I almost always struggle to keep my own hands off it while it's cooling down. Need to intentionally bake earlier in the day when we are going to be out and about during the time it's left out to cool.

    Woke and did LAVA and a 5er stretch and I'm ready to conquer + more forward in victory today!
