Went off of keto for a week and I can't believe how fast the weight went back on. It's been a struggle to get back on plan. Today's a new day.

Have been hiking hills this week. It's been challenging but I fell it's been helping me kick weight loss into gear

My weight loss was stalled and I didn't freak out and try and fast. Realizing it takes as long as it takes. Didn't win this weigh in but I feel my body is prepared for the next one!
