Doing well with walking

Went off of keto for a week and I can't believe how fast the weight went back on. It's been a struggle to get back on plan. Today's a new day.

Still walking and getting lots of exercise

Went to universal studios yesterday and just went crazy with having to try everything. Also started that time of month- so I'm sure that also was part of it.

Have been hiking hills this week. It's been challenging but I fell it's been helping me kick weight loss into gear

Snacking! And I had a cheat meal too close to weigh in. need to get my weight fluctuations under control with more consistency

My weight loss was stalled and I didn't freak out and try and fast. Realizing it takes as long as it takes. Didn't win this weigh in but I feel my body is prepared for the next one!

I think I did what I could do for being sick with strep throat.
