What are your goals for the upcoming week?
Start doing some long runs. There is no scale at this place. So I was unable to send in a weigh in for the month. I re-sent in a picture from September 30th. I am over a couple pounds and after this no exercise time waiting in an airport, I’m sure I am still over the mark. I’ll get back on the horse this week.
