Non-scale victory of the week!

I’m happy! I genuinely feel happy thinking about my life. Such a great reflection. I love all the social media outlets and accountability.

What do you feel you could have done better this week?

I need to watch my zero point foods. I am teetering around the same weight and need to watch my foods to try to get over this hump!
