Non-scale victory of the week!
I haven't had any sugar cravings... I even turned down ice cream... wow But I went to the gym for an hour and felt great!!! Hurting but great!!
What do you feel you could have done better this week?
Not call off work for being too tired.. I only had less than one hour of sleep for a 12 hour shift i called off for my safe and my patients. I vegetated all day sleeping.
