Non-scale victory of the week!
went on the first hike of the year and my entire skinny family gave up before me!!! I'm going again tomorrow with just me the baby and my tween girl going to make it all the way without the boys this time!
What do you feel you could have done better this week?
I totally blanked on Saturday at dinner and stuffed a soft taco in my face on Auto pilot. got to the last bite and realized what I'd done!!! so depressing! I have to wait another week to add berries now.

What are your goals for the upcoming week?
exercise 3 days this week and continue to stick to my diet. no candy no refined carbs. I had plenty of people telling me to just cave all week and I didn't. I'm proud of my determined mindset. I plan on being back in shape by August! if I want to achieve that goal, then I need to stick to the plan! PS. that's Mee behind the adorable tween in that photo.
