Non-scale victory of the week!

just started eating again after getting the flu. on the upside this helped me lose weight, on the downside just getting my excercises done for other challenges really did drain me.

What do you feel you could have done better this week?

had I not been down 10 days with flu I really could have killed the workouts. on the upside no Thanksgiving temptations

Non-scale victory of the week!

After taking a break I was doing better. Trying to speed up my jogs and felt a pop in my calf. Getting back into walking and the pain is almost gone but the injury cost me a few weeks of training

Need to do 2.5 miles at a 25 min per mile pace. Next week is a 5k at that 25 min per mile pace

What do you feel you could have done better this week?

This week I lived on the treadmill. I would get up and do 5 miles, did 2 miles at lunch and ended the day with another 5 miles. In addition I did the Spartacus workout while wearing my sauna suit to burn as many calories as possible. On the eating front I had a piece of fish and a salad for 2 meals a day and drank only water

Non-scale victory of the week!

Was very diligent about workouts, but had to fast to get to needed weight. Gyms being closed again is killing me

Need to start swimming as I have access to a pool.
