Non-scale victory of the week!
just started eating again after getting the flu. on the upside this helped me lose weight, on the downside just getting my excercises done for other challenges really did drain me.
What do you feel you could have done better this week?
had I not been down 10 days with flu I really could have killed the workouts. on the upside no Thanksgiving temptations
