Survived my period without a single full-on binge. Still taking off water weight and struggling with balance, but I'm proud of myself.
What do you feel you could have done better this week?
There is a lot of stress now with moving, and I find myself skipping meals from loss of appetite which I think is worse because then I eat more at the next meal or something. My body doesn't seem to like it. Or the fact that I'm not sleeping when I should. Need more consistency.
