I was baking all week for a bake sale today (Friday) and didn’t eat any of it.

What do you feel you could have done better this week?

I had a busy week so didn’t pre plan meals, I could have taken some time to be a little more organized.

Non-scale victory of the week!

Went out a few times this past week but made healthier choices off the menu.

What do you feel you could have done better this week?

My week was absolutely crazy and wasn’t much I could do about that, but I didn’t take the time to meal plan as I usually do so I had to “wing it” a lot of the time. Overall I still did pretty good though.
