Non-scale victory of the week!
I worked out 6 days. Did good at meal prepping and healthier dinners.
What do you feel you could have done better this week?
Less snacking on sweets. It’s like I had no elf control. I mean, in reality, I had 3 cookies and a 1 1/2 cupcakes...all on the same day. So I shouldn’t really beat myself up.
