Last week I fell off my eating plan, mainly due to injury and fatigue, but also due to reduced willpower. This week I'm back on it, less coffee, more water, and 1 small healthy starch item on work out days until the fatigue passes. The 3 dietbets are keeping me ACCOUNTABLE!
