A lot to lose 5 stone +

Hi I'm Sandra. I live in the UK. And I need to lose about 73lbs which is approximately 5 stone 2lbs.

Hey, let me introduce myself. Im chris, I'm 35 and am mum to 3 children. I realistically need to lose 6 stone to hit a healthy level. My first aim is to lose 3 then I will be able to get back to horse riding. I am really bad at giving up when things get hard so I thought this might help motivate me .
