Hi DaisyGal! I liked your post and decided to join. I like smaller groups to be able to, as you stated, which is to share ideas, ask questions and motivate. Like you, I have a strong background in weightlifting, kickboxing, yoga, spinning and have all the knowledge about nutrition but just haven't applied it to lose my weight. I've just gotten lazy! I'm a busy person like everyone else but use that as an excuse.
