I've lost 75 lbs, took about 4 years. I have been fluctuating the last year few years by 5-10lbs. Winter is tough for me, living near Minneapolis. It's cold!!! I'm always able to drop the extra lbs in the spring-fall months. I would like to focus on increasing my muscle mass and lose some more fat. Not sure what my ideal weight is but I have a goal to lose 15 more lbs or so. Happy to be focusing on body fat % and not the number on the scale :)
