Hi everyone!
I'm joining this group because I need an awesome group of people to keep me motivated to lose a lot of weight in 2018 and beyond. Every year, I make resolutions to lose weight, and I never ever follow through with them. This is the year to take charge! After a family Christmas party, I looked at pictures and realized that I didn't remember a time in the last few years that I actually liked a photo. Still, in the last 8 or 9 months, I have significantly gained weight (stress weight, around 70 pounds- I was not in a good position at work for a while) and I realized I have even done everything in my power to not look in a mirror. That was my "breaking point" that led me to realize that I need to lose weight.
I plan on doing 15 Kickstarters throughout the next 15 months- one for each month. That means overall, I (should) lose around 130 lbs and will be back down to my ideal size. This is going to be a long journey for me, but I believe with the right motivation, I can do it!
If anyone has any tips, tricks, hints, or anything, please let me know! We're all in this together, and if I find something, I will absolutely share.
