Hi! Thanks for the information regarding the military diet. :)I was quite convinced to try it since my vacation is coming up. I love the beach, so my friends and I decided to try the diet to look great in our bikinis! So here's how it went...First day was difficult! I didn't know that I have to drink tons of water to hydrate myself. Great that my friend reminded everyone (there were 3 of us who tried the diet) to gulp tons of water. I was quite irritable and edgy. Could it be that the diet is so low carb? Anyway, I quickly bounced back on the 2nd day. MY body got used to the little amount of food that I'm eating so I was doing great. It helped that there was some vanilla ice cream since it's my favorite. At least, I didn't feel so deprived.Our group ended losing an average of 6 pounds! Not bad. We plan to repeat the diet after 4 days to lose more pounds.
