As always, you have great tips and goals for the week!Workout for the day done but I hope to get some walking in later today too!!! My added goal for the contest is to keep the spark going and stay motivated the whole time! 11 minutes a day isn't too much to ask.

exactly...11 mins is nothing but it's also a lot!! you can really cause change in just that amount of time on a consistent basis!A walk sounds great~ If it doesn't rain I should do one too!!
