Well even though the weigh in isn't for a few days I have decided to start eating healthy. I have done it before and when I consciously eating healthy I feel great.
My pit fall is when I crave sweets like cake, brownies, chocolate and bread. Really i could go on and on about my love for sweets, however I can't have just one or two. I end up over indulging.
SOOOOO my goal is to stay away from them for now completely! Focus on the healthier options. Its true what they say that food is your bodies fuel. I need all the fuel I can get. Chasing a 3 year old around is hard work. :)
